The Vesuvio GR series professional pizza ovens guarantee the highest reliability for all types of use and all performances.
By purchasing an oven from the Vesuvio GR series, the following are supplied: sections of the dome, components of the refractory cotto floor, arch divided into 2 pieces, flue manifold and metal door for closing the oven mouth. These components must be assembled on a masonry base previously built by the customer according to our instructions and subsequently insulated on site.
